Wine Club


How much is the wine club membership?

Wine club pricing is based on your selected tier, delivery frequency, and chosen wines. Prior to processing, you’ll receive a detailed shipment notice with the ability to personalize your selection.

When will I receive my club shipment?

Your wines will ship via FedEx Ground within 2–3 business days of payment processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Can I gift a Wine Club membership to someone else?

Yes! Simply select the wines and enter your recipient’s address on the shipping page to send a wine club shipment as a gift.

Can I pause or cancel my wine club membership?

Enjoy the flexibility of no commitment. You may pause or cancel your membership at any time—simply email us, and we’ll take care of everything.

Can I pick up my club shipment?

At this time, pickup is not available. All wine club shipments are sent directly to the address listed on your account. However, you can have your shipment delivered to a local pickup location.

WinePlus Loyalty


What is WinePlus?

WinePlus is a spend-based loyalty rewards program that tracks both your annual and lifetime spending to unlock benefits.

When you sign up for our email newsletter, you'll automatically become a Bronze member. From there, you can advance to Silver, Gold, or Platinum status by reaching the required spending thresholds for each tier—calculated based on your eligible purchases over a full calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Eligible purchases include orders placed online or through a wine club membership.

In addition to annual tiers, we also track your lifetime spend (cumulative eligible purchases since joining the program), which qualifies you for that exclusive lifetime milestone.

How do I become a WinePlus member?

Becoming a WinePlus member is easy. Simply sign up for our newsletter on our website with a valid email address—no purchase necessary. You’ll automatically be enrolled as a Bronze member. To reach Silver, Gold, or Platinum status, make a purchase online or join a wine club; every dollar spent counts toward your status.

How is WinePlus loyalty status earned?

WinePlus loyalty status is determined by your annual and lifetime spending. Spend can be accumulated by joining a wine club and/or making purchases online, including both our core brand and affiliated brands. Each wine club shipment and online order counts toward your total spend and status.

Once you reach the lifetime spend threshold for a tier, you’ll unlock that status and its benefits permanently.

When do my WinePlus benefits start, and how long do they last?

Your achieved status is valid from the day you qualify through the end of the following program year, giving you ample time to enjoy your benefits while continuing to progress to higher tiers.

At the start of each new program year, your status carries over based on the highest tier you achieved. For example, if you reach Gold status at any point in 2026, your benefits will remain active through January 2028.

Once you reach a lifetime spend milestone, you unlock permanent status at that tier, meaning you’ll continue to receive those benefits year after year.

How can I check my WinePlus status?

You can check your WinePlus loyalty status any time by logging into your account.

Wine Tasting


How can I book a wine tasting experience?

To book a tasting, complete the reservation form on the Experiences page with the required details. Our hospitality team will follow up to schedule your visit.

Do you accept walk-ins?

All tastings are available by reservation only to ensure a personalized and well-prepared experience.

Where is the winery located?

Fairwinds Estate Winery is nestled in the hillside off the iconic Silverado Trail in the northern region of Napa Valley. Tastings are hosted in our 22,000 sq. ft. wine cave located at: 4550 Silverado Trail N, Calistoga, CA 94515.

Please note tastings are by appointment only and must be confirmed in advance.

What is the maximum group size?

We welcome groups of all sizes and will do our best to accommodate your party. For larger groups or special requests, please include details in the reservation form.

Our hospitality team will follow up to coordinate your visit and confirm availability.

Do WinePlus members receive complimentary tastings?

Yes—complimentary tastings are extended to Silver, Gold, and Platinum members.

Platinum: Four Signature Tastings annually (up to 4 guests)

Gold: Two Signature Tastings annually (up to 2 guests)

Silver: One Signature Tasting annually (up to 2 guests)

Additional guests may be accommodated at the standard Signature Tasting fee ($75 per person).

To reserve your experience, complete the Tasting Form on the Experiences page and include your WinePlus status with your request.

Shipping


What is your shipping policy?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please allow additional delivery time for Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and items may ship separately. You’ll never pay more than the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Carriers such as FedEx and UPS require a physical address, along with an adult (21+) signature upon delivery.

Can you ship internationally?

Shipping is currently available within the United States only. We will notify you should international shipping become available.

Can you change the shipping speed/method on an existing order?

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, shipping method and delivery speed cannot be modified.

Will I receive shipping information once my order has shipped?

Yes. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notice with tracking details when your order is in transit.

How can I check my order status?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Shipping details and tracking information will be sent as soon as they’re available.

Can I change the address on my order after it has been place?

You may update your shipping address before your order ships. Once it has been picked up by the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once released to the carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted on most unopened and unused items. Please note that personalized or branded items may not be eligible. Contact us by email, and our team will guide you through the return process.

I received the wrong/damaged item, what can I do?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us photos of the item and its packaging. Our team will promptly assist you.
